Enbridge BC Pipeline is seeking non-binding proposals for a Park and Loan agreement for natural gas in Zone 3 or Zone 4 on Westcoast's Pipeline System in British Columbia to manage systems gas for its mainline transmission pipeline. Supplemental information will be made available to assist parties in the preparation of proposals pursuant to this Non-Binding Request for Proposal.
